Healthy Vegetarian Recipes - Banana Energy

Serves 4

Ingredients


4 large bananas, peeled and cut into chunks

1 tbsp lemon juice

300ml low fat natural yogurt

2 tbsp honey

lemon slices and mint sprigs for garnish


Method


1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Liquidize for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into tall serving glasses, garnish and serve immediately
